What I thought:
This is one of my favorite festivals to attend. I only gave it a lower rating this time because I was not as impressed with the booths. They seemed to have less interesting booths and a lot of the same booths as previous years. I also saw more commercial booths. The tents were gone this year as well. The price of the food from the vendors seemed to be higher. On the bright side for kids it seemed to have a bigger carnival area and the teens enjoyed themselves hanging out. I did miss the dancing and performances that seemed to be missing but, maybe I missed it because I attended the first day before the kids were out of school. I heard the next day saw some rain. I love this festival but, was just not real excited by what I saw.
What I bought:
I bought some Avon bubble bath (sensitive skin) from a great representative named Kathy. A magnet and a handmade dog treat that look like real doughnuts for people. Very cute.
Would I recommend it: YES. I usually love and look forward to this fest. Very nice for the family.
